Delete your HANKATONG account

  • Balance and refundsWe check card balance, pending refunds, unsettled payments, and open support cases before deletion.
  • TimingMost requests are reviewed within a reasonable period after we receive the required confirmation details.

What will be deleted or retained

Account profile

Login access and account profile data are deleted or deactivated after verification and required operational checks.

Card and balance

Card balance, pending refunds, loss reports, and card status must be checked before account deletion can be completed.

Transaction records

Recharge, payment, refund, settlement, dispute, tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention records may be retained where required by law or legitimate business needs.

Support records

Support messages may be retained as needed to handle the deletion request, refunds, disputes, safety, or legal obligations.

Notifications and tokens

App push tokens and optional communication settings are removed or disabled when the account deletion process is completed.

Privacy rights

You may also request access, correction, deletion, or processing restriction according to applicable privacy laws.

Information to include

Please include enough information for us to identify your account while avoiding sensitive details that should not be sent by email.

  • Registered email address or phone number used for HANKATONG.
  • Your request: “Please delete my HANKATONG account.”
  • Any open refund, balance, card loss, or order issue that we should check first.
  • Do not send full card numbers, passwords, authentication codes, or sensitive identity documents by email.
